Glenside Student Centre

You'll find GSC, the liveliest, friendliest bar around, where all the action takes place. This is a student run bar with regular evening events including quiz nights, the infamous PJ pub-crawl, comedy nights and everything in between. GSC is wireless internet enabled and has 3 internet PC's. It also has 2 pool tables, 3 plasma screens and a great beer garden at the back. The bar is renowned for its great food so come and try one of our famous ciabatta melts or breakfast baguettes. A wide selection of drinks are also available, from the Glenside Special Hot Chocolate to cheap drinks.

As if that wasn't enough, there is also a small shop for those quick snacks to get you through the morning.

The Students' Union site office is located here for your personal, academic and welfare needs. Whether you have a question about accommodation, uniforms or the nearest bus route, the staff there will help out in any way they can.

Glenside Students' Union is well known for its sense of community and friendship, with an active student Campus Committee, who play a vital part in putting on a great Freshers' Week for the new students.

There are plenty of ways to become involved and get more out of your time at UWE. Whether you are a student at Glenside or just live locally, everyone is welcome so come on in and join the fun!
